Róża Szafranek is the founder and CEO of HR Hints, which works on an interim model, running 30–40 transformations in parallel. She is the author of the Culturivy® method, published in the United States in the book “Culturivy: the Power of Changing a Workplace”. Her firm has already helped more than 300 organizations operationally with people-side change, transformation, implementing processes, optimizing how teams work, and achieving business goals.
